A ceremony in Nizhny Novgorod marked two key milestones: the 108th anniversary of Russia’s civil registry offices and the 20th anniversary of the region’s Main ZAGS Directorate. The event, held at the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Government’s Corporate University, honoured employees for their professional contributions.
High-ranking officials attended the celebration to present awards. Olga Krasnova, head of the Nizhny Novgorod Region’s Main ZAGS Directorate, joined Dmitry Shapkin from the Ministry of Justice and Anton Makurin of the Federal Tax Service in recognising outstanding staff.
Seventeen civil registry specialists received recognition for their work.
