22-Year-Old Founder Raises €1M for AI-Powered Construction Contracts
Dila Ekrem, a young entrepreneur from Munich, has secured over €1 million in pre-seed funding for her startup, Arctis AI. The company specialises in using artificial intelligence to simplify contract management for construction projects. This latest investment marks a significant step for the 22-year-old founder's growing business.
Ekrem launched her first startup at just 22. Instead of building her business in Turkey, she chose Munich as her base and focused on technology. Her decision was influenced by her father, a small-business owner who instilled in her an early passion for entrepreneurship.
The funding round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), a well-known German investment group. Their support will help Arctis AI expand its AI-driven platform, which aims to reduce complexity in construction contracts. The system is designed to save time and cut costs for companies in the industry.
With over €1 million in backing, Arctis AI is now positioned to grow its operations. The startup's technology targets a key challenge in construction, where contracts often involve lengthy negotiations and high administrative burdens. Ekrem's vision for a more efficient process has already attracted significant investor confidence.
