A Special Forum Marking Bauyrzhan Momyshuly's Birthday Celebration Was Held in ZKO
A patriotic forum titled 'Batyr Bauyrzhan: Essence and Aspiration' took place in Uralsk to honour the 115th anniversary of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. The event, organised by the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the Amanat party, celebrated the life of the Soviet Union Hero and Kazakh national figure. Through theatrical performances, attendees explored his childhood, wartime bravery, and lasting influence on the nation’s identity.
The forum was held under the 'Law and Order' initiative, bringing together a diverse crowd. Youth groups, students, law enforcement officers, military personnel, and their families attended the event. A notable feature was the presence of 115 men named Bauyrzhan—each a respected figure in their professional fields across the region.
Murat Mukayev, head of the Amanat branch in West Kazakhstan, stressed the importance of the forum’s approach. He explained that its creative format aimed to reinforce timeless values among younger generations. The performances traced Momyshuly’s journey, from his early years and family background to his heroic actions during wartime and his enduring spiritual impact. The event highlighted how Momyshuly’s legacy continues to inspire. By combining storytelling with interactive elements, organisers sought to connect participants with the hero’s principles of courage, discipline, and patriotism.
The forum concluded with a renewed focus on preserving Momyshuly’s ideals for future generations. Attendees left with a clearer understanding of his contributions to Kazakh history and culture. The gathering also strengthened community ties by uniting people from different backgrounds under a shared celebration of national pride.
