AI Specialist Abutalib Muttalip Joins Kazakh Parliament
Abutalib Muttalip, an expert in digital technologies and artificial intelligence, is set to join the Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament. The exact date of his assumption of the mandate has not been publicly announced.
Muttalip replaces Zhuldyz Suleimenova, who was appointed Minister of Education at the end of September. He is a graduate of the 'Bolashak' program and a member of the presidential youth personnel reserve. The Amanat party's press service announced the transfer of the vacant deputy mandate to Muttalip on Tuesday, with the relevant decision sent to the Central Election Commission.
Abutalib Muttalip, with his expertise in digital technologies and artificial intelligence, will bring a new perspective to the Mazhilis. His appointment is part of the ongoing changes in the Kazakh government.
