The flights will be operated using the next-generation De Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, flights IQ 399 and 400 will be in service. Flight IQ 399 departs Astana at 06:30 and arrives in Aktobe at 08:30, while flight IQ 400 departs Aktobe at 17:00 and arrives in Astana at 19:00.
