Aktau Youth Forum Unites Young Turkic Leaders for Global Growth
The Aktau Youth Forum, an international event aimed at fostering growth and cooperation among young leaders from Turkic nations, has kicked off in Aktau, Kazakhstan. With 150 delegates in attendance, the forum seeks to enhance participants' spiritual, intellectual, and social potential.
Over five days, participants will engage in a packed program revolving around four themes: Serpilis (Growth), Sana (Mind), Saulyk (Health), and Sauat (Literacy). They will attend panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses, and excursions to cultural and historical sites. The forum also features an exhibition showcasing the 10 best social and educational projects implemented by young people from across Kazakhstan.
Notable speakers at the forum include Dana Nurzhygit, Orken Kenzhebek, Nurlan Baizhigituly, Timur Bektur, Dina Tolepbergen, Daniyar Zhigitbek, and Aikerim Yesenali, all prominent figures in academic research and higher education, particularly in Central Asian studies.
The Aktau Youth Forum, which began on November 2, will run until November 7. Its goal is to foster international cooperation and promote effective state youth policy implementation. Nurdaulet Kilybay, the akim (governor) of Mangystau Region, has emphasized the forum's significance in fostering friendship among Turkic nations' youth.
