Ananda Dondokov Appointed Acting Deputy Chairman of Transbaikal Government
Ananda Dondokov, a prominent figure in the Transbaikal region, has been appointed as the acting deputy chairman of the Transbaikal Territory government and head of the Aginsky Buryat District administration. Born in 1963 in Aginskoye, Dondokov brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served in various capacities within the region's administration over the years.
Dondokov's career spans over three decades, with a strong focus on housing, utilities, and construction. He began his journey in 1985, graduating from the Novosibirsk Engineering and Construction Institute with a degree in civil engineering. From 1985 to 2000, he held various positions in these sectors, honing his skills and expertise.
In 2000, Dondokov's leadership roles within the administration of the Aginsky Buryat Autonomous District began. He served in these roles until 2013, demonstrating his commitment and dedication to the region's development. From 2013 to 2016, he served as the deputy chairman of the Transbaikal government and head of the Aginsky Buryat District administration.
Dondokov's educational background includes a program in public and municipal administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, completed in 2007. His professional journey also includes serving as deputy minister for construction, architecture, and housing programs and as an aide to the governor from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, he joined LLC Mortgage Housing Lending as deputy general director and later became its CEO.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dondokov is also known for his passion for archery. He has been actively involved in the sport since 2006, leading the regional federation and serving as its vice president and later president. With his extensive experience and dedication, Dondokov is expected to make significant contributions to the Transbaikal region in his new role.
