Anapa Bread Factory Bakes 100kg Loaf for Harvest Day in Krasnodar
The Anapa Bread Factory has baked a monumental 100-kilogram round loaf of bread to celebrate Harvest Day in Krasnodar Territory. The festive event, attended by regional leaders and religious figures, honoured top agricultural workers and showcased the region's bountiful harvest.
The colossal loaf, a symbol of abundance and prosperity, was displayed at the Krasnodar Territory’s agricultural festival and later at the G. Ponomarenko Philharmonic Hall. The event, while not officially named, drew prominent figures such as Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, Metropolitan Vasily of Yekaterinodar and Kuban, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative Vladimir Gurbya, and the Presidential Representative of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Territory Yury Burlachko.
Awards were presented to exceptional farmers, recognising their contributions to the region's bumper crop. This year, Kuban farmers harvested over 11.3 million tons of grain, with wheat accounting for 7.8 million tons. The impressive yield reflects the region's commitment to agriculture and the hard work of its farmers.
The Harvest Day celebration, marked by the 100-kilogram bread and attended by regional dignitaries, highlights Krasnodar Territory's agricultural prowess. The event serves as a testament to the region's productivity and the dedication of its farmers, who have collectively harvested a substantial grain yield.
