Andreas Struck Regains Control of Business Punk, Strengthens Partnership with Weimer Media Group

Business Punk and Weimer Media Group have announced a significant partnership and leadership change. Andreas Struck, the former owner of Business Punk, is set to regain control of the company. The two entities will collaborate at upcoming events, with Struck aiming to strengthen Business Punk's platform.

Business Punk will join forces with Weimer Media Group at the Frankfurt Finance and Future Summit and the Ludwig Erhard Summit in October. Meanwhile, Andreas Struck has exercised his purchase option, taking over the remaining shares from Weimer Media Group as of October 1st. This marks Struck's return to Business Punk, as he previously owned the company in 2016.

Struck's involvement in Business Punk began earlier this year when Christiane Goetz-Weimer decided to significantly integrate him into the company. He will now lead Business Punk GmbH, overseeing all its business areas. Struck's vision is to fortify Business Punk as a hub for timely topics, ideas, and fresh perspectives.

Andreas Struck's takeover of Business Punk signals a new era for the company. Despite the change in leadership, Business Punk will continue to operate within the Weimer Media Group network. The two entities plan to collaborate on content and marketing efforts, both digitally and in print.
