Anna Röhm Honored for 31 Years of Unwavering Volunteer Work in Hesse
Anna Röhm has received the honorary letter of the state of Hesse for her decades of voluntary work. The award was presented during the Oldie Club Offenbach’s summer concert on Thursday, August 22. Mayor Dr. Felix Schwenke praised her as a cornerstone of the community for over 31 years.
Röhm has been a dedicated member of the Oldie Club Offenbach since its founding on February 2, 1993. As treasurer, she manages finances, processes payments, and maintains the association’s accounts. Over three decades, she has also organised around 1,100 events for the club.
The honorary letter recognises Röhm’s long-standing commitment to both the Oldie Club and wider social projects. Her efforts in organising events, managing finances, and crafting donations continue to benefit communities in Hesse and beyond. The award ceremony celebrated her as a model of sustained volunteerism.
