antoni Welcomes Roy Schröder as New Business Lead
Berlin-based creative agency antoni has announced a significant change in its leadership. CEO Bass has stepped down, making way for Roy Schröder to return to the agency as Business Lead, sharing the role with Moritz Buchholz from November. Stefanie Wurst, CEO of antoni, expressed her confidence in Schröder's extensive experience and leadership qualities.
Founded in 2015 as a bespoke agency for Mercedes-Benz, antoni has since grown to include exclusive units for prominent clients such as Katjes, Kärcher, Vodafone, Aldi, and Bild. Schröder is no stranger to antoni, having previously served as Client Service Director for Mercedes-Benz campaigns from 2015 to 2024. Prior to his return, Schröder worked at DDB Germany, handling Volkswagen accounts.
In 2021, antoni was sold to Omnicom and joined the global Customized Agency Team X. However, recent reports suggest that Mercedes-Benz is reviewing its budget at Team X, as per Horizont.
With Roy Schröder's return to antoni as Business Lead, the agency looks to leverage his experience and leadership to navigate its future. Schröder's past work with Mercedes-Benz and his time at DDB Germany should provide valuable insights as the agency continues to serve its diverse portfolio of clients.
