Arman Tatoyan Launches 'Wings of Unity' for PM Bid, Vows Justice, Economic Growth
Arman Tatoyan, former Armenian Human Rights Defender, has launched his political movement 'Wings of Unity' ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections. Tatoyan, who is running for Prime Minister, has clarified that his movement will not base its platform on unrealistic expectations regarding the physical return of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Tatoyan, who served as Human Rights Defender from 2016 to 2022, has announced that he will not withdraw interstate cases filed by Armenia against Azerbaijan over alleged war crimes. Instead, he plans to pursue justice through international courts.
To oversee the movement's economic agenda, Tatoyan has appointed David Ananyan, the former head of Armenia's State Revenue Committee. Ananyan brings a wealth of experience in financial matters to the team.
Tatoyan's movement, Wings of Unity, is set to contest the upcoming Armenian election with a clear stance on key issues. While not basing its platform on unrealistic expectations, the movement is committed to pursuing justice and strengthening Armenia's economy.
