Arverio CEO Amini Steps Down; Petersen and Beugel to Co-Lead

Fabian Amini, the outgoing CEO of Arverio Deutschland GmbH, is stepping down to seek new challenges. The company has announced a smooth transition, with Stefanie Petersen and Arno Beugel taking over as co-CEOs. Petersen and Beugel, both current members of the management team, will assume their new roles following Amini's departure. The company has not yet revealed who will fill the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) position, which was created to support management during the transformation processes post-ÖBB takeover, rebranding, and network launch.
