AT&T has announced the five finalists for its She’s Connected 2025 programme, which supports women small business owners. Over 11,000 entrepreneurs applied this year, with the selected founders showcasing innovative approaches to community impact. The initiative has grown from a storytelling contest into a national platform offering funding, mentorship, and business resources.
The 2025 finalists include SOJO Coffee Company, which blends Salvadoran heritage with healthcare leadership while empowering farmers. Blueprint University provides founders with practical tools, capital access, and corporate partnerships to turn ideas into economic opportunities. Sensori offers non-alcoholic, mood-enhancing drinks, tapping into rising demand for wellness-focused social connections. Bold Crumb House and Nourish + Bloom Market round out the list, each bringing unique solutions to their communities.
The five finalists will now progress through the programme’s next stages, gaining access to mentorship, funding, and business development tools. The initiative continues to focus on women-led ventures that prioritise community growth and innovation. Winners will be announced in the coming months.
