AVENTOS Launches Sustainable, Flexible Business Park in Berlin-Spandau
AVENTOS Group is developing a new business park in Berlin-Spandau, focusing on sustainability and flexibility. The 'BENTO Box' concept aims to cater to the needs of smaller companies, with around 45 modern, adaptable units planned for the 11,500 square meter site at Oberhafen 24.
The business park, situated in the northern part of Spandau South Harbor, offers direct waterfront access. AVENTOS emphasizes the integration of comprehensive ESG measures in its development. The owner and developer, AVENTOS Group, acquired the approximately 14,600 square meter property last year.
Units will range from 150 to 400 square meters and can be flexibly combined, making them suitable for craftsmen, start-ups, or small companies. The 'BENTO Box' concept is designed to provide spaces that better meet the requirements of smaller companies in the future.
