Azerbaijan, Tajikistan Presidents Meet in Dushanbe, Vow to Strengthen Ties
In Dushanbe, the capitals of Tajikistan and Azerbaijan, Presidents Emomali Rahmon and Ilham Aliyev met on October 10. The gathering was part of the CIS Council of Heads of State summit, with Rahmon presiding.
