Azerion Names Roxanne Harley VP of Strategy After Record Revenue Growth
Azerion has promoted Roxanne Harley to the newly created role of vice president of strategy and growth. The move follows years of strong revenue growth and market expansion for the European ad tech firm. Dean Nagib, the company's UK country manager, highlighted her contribution to its recent achievements.
Harley first joined Azerion nearly five years ago as head of growth. Before that, she held positions at Collective, TI Media, and Digital Cinema Media. Her experience in media and advertising helped shape Azerion's expansion in the UK and beyond.
Azerion's revenue more than doubled between 2022 and 2024, rising from €221 million to €461 million. The company now holds over 20% market share in key European regions. Growth came from organic strategies, such as AI-driven ad optimisation, and acquisitions like Winno and PMY. Partnerships with Microsoft in 2023 and Unity in 2024 also strengthened its advertising and gaming divisions.
In January, Azerion launched Mind Map, a tool that delivers ads when consumers are most likely to engage. This innovation reflects the company's focus on data-driven solutions. As VP of strategy and growth, Harley will now oversee the integration of Azerion's creative studio, customer success initiatives, and post-campaign analysis into its wider business plans.
The promotion places Harley at the centre of Azerion's future direction. Her responsibilities will include aligning creative, analytical, and client-focused teams to drive further expansion. The company's recent performance and partnerships suggest continued growth in the European ad tech sector.
