Bago City Breaks Ground on Youth Hub Library & Co-Working Space
Bago City has begun construction on a new Youth Hub Library & Co-Working Space, a project entirely funded through donations. Mayor Mayette Javellana led the groundbreaking ceremony, expressing gratitude to the Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation Inc. (NWTF) for their generous donation of the building.
The building was designed by Architect Ronald Celis through his firm Architects Atelier. Celis created a modern space that will serve as a hub for learning, collaboration, and innovation for the youth of Bago City.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by various city officials, including city councilors, the SK Federation President, department heads, and punong barangays. Mayor Javellana praised the project as an example of good governance, highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in driving progress.
The Bago City Dungganon Youth Hub Library & Co-Working Space is set to become a beacon of progress for the city's youth. With no government funds used, the project stands as a testament to the power of private donations and public-private collaboration in shaping the future of Bago City.
