A Sochi resident, Qian Zhimin, faced a legal dispute in February 2023 when the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) initiated enforcement proceedings for a loan debt recovery, as ordered by a Sochi court. However, Qian Zhimin's bankruptcy declaration by the Kuban Arbitration Court led to the case's closure.
