Bauwert AG unveils Berlin showroom to fuel residential expansion plans

Bauwert AG has opened a new showroom at Kranzler Eck in Berlin as part of its long-term growth plans. The 1,700-square-foot space will serve as a central hub for buyers, offering consultations and material selection for current and future residential projects. This move aligns with the company's strategy to expand while others in the market scale back.

The showroom is designed to streamline the buying process, providing a one-stop location for advice and customisation. A dedicated team of architects, an interior designer, and an engineer will assist clients from initial discussions to final selections. This hands-on approach aims to simplify decisions for buyers.

Bauwert AG currently has at least one major project under construction in Berlin—the Segelflieger Quartier in Johannisthal. This development includes two buildings, Arthur (146 apartments) and Thekla (36 apartments), with construction starting in early 2026 and completion expected by 2028. The company also has a pipeline of additional projects planned, targeting around 1,800 units by 2030.

To strengthen sales leadership, Dennis Maruhn has joined as head of sales, bringing over 16 years of real estate experience. His role will support the company's countercyclical strategy, which focuses on investing in infrastructure and service during a slower market phase.

The new showroom at Kranzler Eck will play a key role in marketing Bauwert AG's expanding portfolio. By offering personalised guidance and showcasing upcoming developments, the company aims to attract buyers in Berlin's competitive residential sector. The facility reflects a commitment to growth despite broader market caution.
