Bayreuth City Council to Address Security and Healthcare in Key Meeting

The Bayreuth City Council will meet on Wednesday, November 26, at 3 p.m. in the Grand Council Chamber. Key topics include security improvements at the Central Bus Station and updates on the city’s hospital. A new council member will also be sworn in during the session.

The meeting will begin with Julia Förster-Oetter taking her oath as the latest addition to the city council. She will fill the seat left by Frank Hofmann and join the Bayreuther Gemeinschaft faction.

The council’s decisions will shape local policies on security, political advertising, and healthcare. Förster-Oetter’s swearing-in marks a change in the Bayreuther Gemeinschaft faction’s representation. Further details will be published after the meeting.
