Bayreuth’s Oberobsang Industrial Park zoning plan now in full effect
Bayreuth's Oberobsang Industrial Park has seen significant progress. The city council recently approved the zoning plan, making it a binding ordinance. Residents can now review the planning docs at the City Planning Office.
The zoning plan for the Oberobsang Industrial Park, approved by the Bayreuth City Council in late July, has now entered into force. This follows the granting of planning permission by the municipal council and the approval of the associated amendment to the land-use plan by the Government of Upper Franconia.
Residents interested in viewing the planning docs can do so at the City Planning Office, located on the 9th floor of the New Town Hall at Luitpoldplatz 13. The office is open during regular business hours. To confirm the current location and schedule an appointment for an in-person review of the plans during their public display, residents should call 0921 25-1660. The Planning and Construction Department and the City Planning Office will soon relocate to the administrative building at Wilhelm-Pitz-Straße.
The Oberobsang Industrial Park's zoning plan is now a binding regulation, paving the way for its development. Residents can review the planning docs at the City Planning Office, and should call ahead to confirm the office location and schedule an appointment.
