BBC’s *Dragons’ Den* Welcomes Two Trailblazing Female Entrepreneurs in 2026

In a significant shake-up for BBC's Dragons' Den, two prominent female entrepreneurs are set to join the panel in 2026. Susie Ma, founder of Tropic Skincare, and Jenna Meek, co-founder of Refy, will bring their wealth of experience and socially conscious approach to the show.

Ma, who started Tropic Skincare at the age of 15 with a £200 loan, has turned it into a £68 million-a-year business. She recently bought out Lord Alan Sugar's investment to become the sole owner. Ma's commitment to charity is notable, with 10% of Tropic's profits funding social and environmental projects.

Meek, meanwhile, co-founded Refy in 2020 with Jess Hunt. The brand has grown rapidly, amassing nearly one million Instagram followers and securing retail partnerships with major stores. Meek's entrepreneurial journey began earlier with Shrine, a festival-inspired beauty brand known for its glitter and face jewels.

Ma and Meek will join existing dragons Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, Steven Bartlett, Tinie Tempah, and Gary Neville. Their addition is expected to resonate with a new wave of socially conscious entrepreneurs, reflecting the growing influence of the beauty and skincare sector in the UK.
