Belarus Launches Bridge Issue Hotline: Dial 191 for Repairs
Residents of Belarus can now report bridge-related issues through a new hotline service. The hotline will be operational on Thursday, October 30, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a one-hour break, and then again from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Complaints can be made by dialling 191.
The hotline, launched by the KGC press service, allows residents to report issues such as damaged road surfaces, structural defects in overpasses, or poor maintenance of bridge structures. Complaints about littered areas around bridges or substandard (or delayed) repairs can also be filed. For those who prefer digital methods, complaints including photo evidence can be submitted via the State Control Committee’s Telegram chatbot. Belarusians can also report issues to the State Control Committee via this hotline.
The new hotline service provides a convenient way for residents to report bridge-related issues. Whether it's damaged surfaces, structural defects, or maintenance concerns, residents can now easily voice their complaints and help improve the state of bridges in Belarus.
