Berlin Beats Returns for Summer 2026: Free Concerts Under the Open Sky
The 'Berlin Beats' concert series is set to return this summer, offering music lovers a chance to enjoy free performances under the open Berlin sky. The events are part of the Berlin Summer of Culture 2026 and will take place in the garden of the Hamburger Bahnhof.
The Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart – Berlin is the organiser behind these concerts. They have teamed up with the Neue Nationalgalerie Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz and the Institut für Raumexperimente e. V. to curate the festival. Klaus Biesenbach and Olafur Eliasson are the driving forces behind this initiative.
Each concert will last for three hours, providing ample time for attendees to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the performances. The museum garden in front of the Hamburger Bahnhof will be transformed into an open-air stage, creating a unique setting for these events.
The 'Berlin Beats' concerts are a highlight of the Berlin Summer of Culture 2026. With free entry and a stunning location, they offer a fantastic opportunity for everyone to enjoy live music in a beautiful setting.
