Berlin fire on Rigaer Straße sparks arson probe after early-morning blaze

A fire broke out in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district early this morning. Unknown individuals set alight a pile of rubbish on Rigaer Straße at around 5 a.m., prompting an authoritative investigation by authorities.

The blaze was first noticed on the pavement along Rigaer Straße. Two parked cars near the burning trash suffered minor damage from the flames.
