Burglary at the Fire Station - Berlin Fire Station Hit by Brazen Burglary of Critical Emergency Gear

A fire station in Berlin's Frohnau district was broken into overnight. Thieves stole emergency equipment worth thousands of euros during the incident. The burglary took place between 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday. Unknown intruders targeted the station on Senheimer Straße, forcing their way inside. They made off with protective gear and other essential emergency response items, including high-value equipment critical for wildfire map operations. The Berlin State Criminal Police Office's specialist unit has now taken charge of the investigation. Authorities are reviewing evidence but have yet to identify any suspects. Police continue to search for leads while the fire service assesses the impact on its readiness. No arrests have been made so far.
