Berlin: Major A100 & A113 Road Closures & Lane Reductions Expected
Motorists in Berlin should expect significant road closures and lane reductions on the A100 and A113 over the next few weeks. The closures are part of ongoing resurfacing work on the southern A100, which is set to continue until November 8.
Starting this Sunday, October 12, the on-ramps at Gradestraße and Oberlandstraße will be closed until the following Sunday. Additionally, the right lane will also be shut down during this period. From November 3, the closures will shift to the on-ramps at Tempelhofer Damm and the exit at Alboinstraße.
To prevent traffic congestion, lane reductions will be implemented before the Britz neighborhood tunnel. On Sunday, October 12, the A100 will be closed from the Neukölln interchange to Tempelhofer Damm between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM for construction setup and teardown. Notably, the direction towards Treptow will remain unaffected by these works.
From October 20 until November 2, the on-ramps at Tempelhofer Damm and Alboinstraße will also be closed, leaving only one lane open. Furthermore, the A113 will be closed on Sunday, October 19.
Drivers are advised to plan their routes accordingly and expect delays. No specific Autobahn exit closures in the direction of Neukölln are mentioned between October 12 and October 19, 2025. However, closures on the A100 direction Wedding are expected on October 11-12. The resurfacing work is expected to improve road conditions, but may cause temporary inconvenience.
