Berlin police arrest man after anti-constitutional outburst in Prenzlauer Berg café
A 55-year-old man was arrested in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg after shouting anti-constitutional slogans in a cafe. The disturbance took place on the corner of Raumerstraße and Senefelder Straße at around 7:00 PM on an unspecified date. Police quickly intervened at the scene.
The incident began when the man started making loud statements against the German constitution. Witnesses reported that he also overturned a table inside the cafe, causing further disruption. Officers arrived shortly after and detained him without resistance.
The man’s name has not been made public, and no further injuries or damages were reported. The State Security Division will determine whether charges will be filed. The cafe has since resumed normal operations.
