Berlin police detain man after alleged car theft in Moabit
The arrest took place at around 2:30 PM on Seydlitzstraße. The suspect had reportedly entered a woman’s vehicle and taken her belongings. When she confronted him, she recovered her stolen items from his jacket pockets.
The suspect remains in custody following the incident. Police have not released his identity or further details about the case. The investigation is ongoing under the jurisdiction of Berlin’s Directorate 2 (West).
