Berlin police nab two suspects in stolen Renault Clio bust
Police in Berlin have arrested two men suspected of car theft in Charlottenburg-Nord. The pair, aged 44 and 46, were detained after officers spotted them driving a Renault Clio near Bürgerpark and Leonhard-Frank-Straße in Niederschönhausen. Both remain in custody as investigations continue.
The incident began when officers observed the suspects in a Renault Clio linked to earlier thefts. Their movements raised suspicion, leading to a police operation in the area.
The two suspects face charges related to car theft and possession of burglary tools. If the arrest warrants are approved, they will remain in custody pending further legal proceedings. Police continue to investigate possible links to other unsolved vehicle crimes in the area.
