Dozens of demonstrators gathered in Berlin on Saturday to call for an end to military attacks in the Middle East. The protest, organised by a group named Israelis for Peace, urged Germany to take a stronger stance against the ongoing conflict in line with international law.
The event saw protesters demand an immediate stop to military operations in Iran and Lebanon. Among the speakers was philosopher Susan Neiman, who addressed the crowd alongside other activists.
Participants held signs and chanted slogans, emphasising the need for peace and de-escalation. The demonstration highlighted concerns over rising tensions in the region and called on German officials to intervene diplomatically.
The protest concluded with renewed appeals for a ceasefire and a peaceful resolution. Organisers stressed the importance of international pressure to prevent further violence. The group's message focused on urgency and the need for compliance with global legal standards.
