Berlin SUV-Truck Crash Leaves Driver Trapped and Injured at Dawn
The accident occurred at around 5:30 AM at the junction of Alexanderstraße and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The truck, turning left from Alexanderstraße, struck the oncoming SUV. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage and could not be driven away.
The intersection stayed shut during rescue work before reopening later. The SUV driver remains under medical care, while the truck driver was allowed to leave. Investigators continue to examine the circumstances of the crash.
