Berlin teen violently robbed by four attackers in broad daylight
An 18-year-old man was violently robbed by four teenagers in Berlin’s Karlshorst district. The attack left the victim with facial injuries after he was kicked repeatedly and had his cash stolen. Police later arrested all four suspects, aged 15 and 16, following a witness’s quick intervention.
The assault began when the group shoved the victim into a fence, knocking him to the ground. They then kicked him in the face multiple times before stealing his money. Even after taking the cash, the attackers continued the assault.
A bystander saw the incident and immediately chased the teenagers. The witness alerted police, who quickly apprehended the suspects. Officers recovered the stolen cash and took the four teens to a local station for identification. They were later released into the custody of their parents or guardians.
The case has since been handed over to a specialised juvenile crime unit at Police Directorate 3 (East). Investigators are now examining the circumstances surrounding the attack.
The victim sought medical treatment for his injuries without requiring hospitalisation. Authorities continue to probe the incident as part of an ongoing investigation. No further details about the suspects have been released at this stage.
