Berlin teens steal life ring from Schulenburg Bridge in reckless late-night act

Three young men stole a life ring from Schulenburg Bridge in Berlin’s Wilhelmstadt district late on Wednesday night. The incident began at around 10:30 p.m. Plainclothes officers from Police Precinct 23 witnessed the act and immediately gave chase. The suspects fled but were soon tracked down near Tiefwerderweg.
