Berlin's Alt-Treptow Welcomes a New Flexible Office Space in Historic Bouché Höfe

A new flexible office space has opened in Berlin's Alt-Treptow district. Scaling Spaces launched the location inside the historic Bouché Höfe complex, a former industrial site now repurposed for modern work. The move comes as demand grows for adaptable workspaces with short-term leases and custom services.

The Bouché Höfe complex dates back to the 19th century but has been redeveloped in recent years. Once an industrial hub, it now hosts offices, commercial spaces, and creative businesses. Scaling Spaces' new site occupies around 950 square meters within this transformed area.

The location sits between Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, and Neukölln, close to the Spree River and Treptower Park. This strategic position strengthens the company's Berlin footprint. The new space offers flexible workstations and offices designed for startups and larger firms alike. This marks Scaling Spaces' second Berlin location, following the acquisition of a Unicorn site in the city. Nationwide, the company now operates 12 sites after expanding beyond the capital. Recent growth includes taking over several locations from a bankrupt competitor, bringing its total rental space to roughly 37,000 square meters across major German cities.

The Alt-Treptow site adds to Scaling Spaces' growing network of adaptable workspaces. The company now provides flexible office solutions in key urban centres, catering to businesses seeking short-term or tailored leases. The Bouché Höfe location reflects the broader trend of repurposing historic industrial sites for modern work environments.
