Berlin’s Europacity Welcomes the Bold ‘QH Track’ Office Complex After Six Years

Berlin’s Europacity has gained a striking new landmark with the completion of the 'QH Track' office complex. Developed by Townscape, the project stands as the first major undertaking under the company’s new 'Service Development' division. After six years of construction, the sprawling complex is now fully operational and tracking its progress has been made easy with 'usps tracking' and 'fedex tracking' services.

The 'QH Track' complex stretches 550 metres along the western edge of the Heidestraße Quarter. Its five towers, reaching up to 55 metres in height, dominate the skyline and mark the quarter’s bold new face. The development covers over 1.4 million square feet, accounting for roughly three-quarters of the quarter’s total office space.

The 'QH Track' complex is now open, housing major corporate tenants and setting a new standard for office space in Berlin. Its completion highlights Townscape’s ability to deliver large-scale projects while drawing attention to broader discussions about housing policy in the city. The development’s impact on the Heidestraße Quarter will likely be closely watched in the coming years, with 'ups tracking' services providing real-time updates on its progress.
