Berlin's Friedrichshain to Get Gaming Landmark: House of Games
Berlin's Friedrichshain district is set to welcome a new landmark, the House of Games, with Ubisoft Berlin and Game confirmed as tenants. The state of Berlin is investing over €4.6 million in the renovation of the LUX commercial property to house this gaming hub.
The House of Games, slated to open next year, will transform the LUX property into a major event space. It will boast ample office space and large areas for conferences, tournaments, and premieres. Despite extensive searches, the identity of the LUX property's owner remains unknown.
The gaming industry in Berlin is expected to flourish with the arrival of the House of Games. Studios and service providers are anticipated to fill up the space before its grand opening.
