Berlin's NH Hotel Rebrands as iStay While Keeping Its Prime Location

A well-known Berlin hotel has changed its name and branding. The former NH Berlin City Ost, a 4-star property in Lichtenberg, is now called iStay by NH Berlin City Ost. The rebranding comes as the hotel updates its online presence and maintains its established location near key transport links.

The hotel stands at Rathausstraße 2–3 in the 10367 postcode area. It holds a 4-star rating from DEHOGA, Germany's hotel and restaurant association. Guests can easily reach it via the U Magdalenenstraße subway station, just 0.4 kilometres away, or the S+U Frankfurter Allee station, 0.5 kilometres from the property.

Public transport options also include nearby bus and tram stops. The S+U Frankfurter Allee stop lies 0.3 kilometres from the hotel, while Rathaus Lichtenberg is equally close. The hotel's website is currently undergoing updates to reflect the new branding. The rebranding to iStay by NH Berlin City Ost does not appear linked to wider changes across other NH Hotels locations. No public records show a broader partnership affecting guest services or marketing strategies elsewhere.

The hotel continues to operate under its new name while keeping its 4-star classification. Its central position near multiple transport hubs remains unchanged. Visitors can expect the same location and service standards, now under the iStay branding.
