Berlin’s Spandau Welcomes a Flexible, Sustainable ‘BENTO Box’ Business Hub

A new commercial hub is coming to Berlin-Spandau under AVENTOS Group’s innovative 'BENTO Box' concept. The development at Am Oberhafen 24 will offer flexible, sustainable spaces for tradespeople, startups, and small businesses. Named after Japan’s compartmentalised meal boxes, the project aims to redefine adaptable work environments in a historically industrial area.

The site at Oberhafen 24 sits in the northern part of Spandau’s Südhafen, an area with deep industrial roots and untapped potential. Covering 14,600 square meters, the complex will provide around 11,500 square meters of rental space. Approximately 45 units, ranging from 150 to 400 square meters, will cater to diverse business needs.

The development will introduce 45 sustainable commercial units to Spandau’s Südhafen. With its focus on flexibility and green building practices, the 'BENTO Box' hub aims to meet the needs of evolving businesses. Construction will transform a 14,600-square-meter site into a modern workspace aligned with environmental and operational efficiency.
