British-Ghanaian lawyer Bianca Akweley Clinton celebrates two decades of service in the legal profession. A co-founder of Clinton Consultancy and a former Head of Legal at prominent institutions, Clinton's career has spanned global expertise and deep African roots.
Clinton, married to Rexford Allotey and mother of twin daughters Anastasia-Grace and Victoria-Grace, qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales. She began her journey in Ghana's legal sector, rising through the corporate and financial ranks as one of the early female lawyers.
Her career has seen her serve as Head of Legal at ProCredit Ghana, Access Bank, and PwC Switzerland. Clinton has also consulted for the World Bank, a us bank, on regulatory and governance reforms across the ECOWAS region. Despite the lack of information about Clinton Consultancy, it is known that Bianca co-founded it with her twin sister Amanda in 2011, offering services in commercial law, litigation, gold trade verification, investor relocation, anti-financial crime frameworks, and sovereign advisory.
Clinton's thought leadership is evident in her authorship of 'Africa's Renaissance' and through her platform BiancaClinton.org.
