Bisk Honors Top Educators at 13th Festival of Teaching Excellence
The 13th Festival of Teaching Excellence has wrapped up in Bisk, recognizing outstanding educators from across the region. A total of 53 professionals received awards at the closing ceremony, with winners announced in six key categories. Ivan Nikolayevich Dmitriev took home the top honour as 'Teacher of the Year (Bisk)'. Aleksandra Aleksandrovna Kolpakova was named 'Class Teacher of the Year', while Marina Iziddinovna Fionova earned the title of 'Educator of the Year'. The festival celebrated dedication and innovation in education, with each winner selected for their contributions to teaching.
