BJP strengthens Madhya Pradesh operations with district-level core committees

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madhya Pradesh is pushing for stronger coordination at the district level. Under the direction of state party president Hemant Khandelwal, core committees have been formed in every district to address local concerns and improve decision-making.

These core committees include ministers in charge, legislators, MPs, district presidents, and in-charges. Their main task is to discuss and resolve district-related issues while reducing internal resentment. However, reports suggest that many of these committees have not yet held their first meeting since being set up.

Khandelwal has instructed BJP leaders to meet with core committee members at least once a month. The party has also asked division and district in-charges to visit their assigned areas regularly. Despite these directives, some district presidents and in-charges have raised concerns about the lack of meetings taking place. The BJP is now seeking detailed reports from these committees to assess the issues discussed and the level of coordination among local leaders. The goal is to ensure that decisions are made collectively and that any dissatisfaction within the party is addressed promptly.

The initiative aims to strengthen the BJP's organisational structure in Madhya Pradesh. By enforcing regular meetings and reporting, the party hopes to improve communication and resolve internal conflicts. The success of this effort will depend on how consistently the directives are followed in the coming months.
