Boltor Ayurov Appointed Acting Head of Aginskoye Urban Okrug
Boltor Baturovich Ayurov, a native of Aginsky District, has been appointed acting head of the Aginskoye urban okrug. The appointment was made by Transbaikal Territory Governor Alexander Mikhailovich Osipov on October 31, 2025.
Ayurov, born on January 28, 1981, in the village of Khoito-Aga, has a strong educational background. He graduated from the Transbaikal State Pedagogical University in 2003 with a degree in physics and qualifications as a physics and mathematics teacher. After graduation, he worked as a physics teacher at Aginskaya Secondary School No. 3.
In 2025, Ayurov was awarded the title 'Honored Worker of Education of the Russian Federation.' His dedication and service led to his appointment as principal of a school in the settlement of Amitkhasha. More recently, he served as chairman of the Council of Deputies of Aginsky Municipal District.
Ayurov's term as acting head will continue until a new permanent leader is elected. His appointment is seen as a recognition of his commitment to education and service in the Aginsky District.
