Eleven Companies in Brandenburg Honored for Apprenticeship - Brandenburg Honors 11 Companies for Excellence in Vocational Training
Eleven companies from Brandenburg have been honoured with the Brandenburg Training Prize for their dedication to vocational training. Each winner received €1,000 at a ceremony attended by Labor Minister Daniel Keller (SPD).
The recipients include Agrar GmbH Lebusa, Alpro Metallbau GmbH, ASB Senior Care Home 'Am Fontaneplatz', Barnimer Busgesellschaft mbH, BASF InfraService & Solutions Lausitz GmbH, Diamedikum Potsdam, HIS Dommisch GmbH, HTB Haustechnik GmbH Brandenburg, Kliniken Beelitz GmbH, ProPotsdam GmbH, and SGP Schwan Gerüstbau Prignitz GmbH. These companies were recognised for their high-quality, innovative training programs and social engagement, particularly in supporting disadvantaged youth and people with disabilities.
This year, 72 companies applied for the award, showcasing the strong commitment to vocational training across Brandenburg. Minister Keller praised the winners for adapting their training concepts to digitalization, highlighting their forward-thinking approach.
The Brandenburg Training Consortium, an alliance of businesses, chambers of commerce, trade unions, and the state government, awards the prize annually. This year's winners demonstrate the region's commitment to providing exceptional training opportunities and fostering a skilled workforce.
