BRICS CCI WE Launches GWLP 2025: Empowering Women Leaders Globally
BRICS CCI WE has launched the third edition of its Global Women Leadership Programme (GWLP) 2025. Nearly 40 women from BRICS+ nations have been selected to participate in this four-month programme, which focuses on global market strategies, business planning, personal development, and leadership. Nippon Paint India is the lead partner, with Mr. Sharad Malhotra, its Director, championing women's growth.
GWLP 2025 aims to nurture the next generation of women leaders. Ms. Ruby Sinha, President of BRICS CCI WE, expressed excitement about the programme's potential to enhance women's leadership qualities and foster global connections. The programme design, as mentioned by Mr. Sanjeeva Shivesh, Programme Coordinator, reflects the distinct profiles of previous participants.
The top three global participants will receive a fully-funded trip to India for the Convocation Ceremony. Additionally, a rolling trophy will be awarded to the best project implementing the Nudge Theory at the BRICS CCI WE Annual Summit & Felicitations 2026. Mr. Sameep Shastri, Vice Chairman of BRICS CCI, stressed the need to address the gap in equality for women and the importance of mentorship and financial support.
The Global Women Leadership Programme 2025, with its comprehensive curriculum and prestigious partners, promises to empower and connect women leaders from diverse sectors across the globe. The programme's rewards and recognition further incentivize participants to excel and make a lasting impact.
