Key players in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of the Bryansk region have united to tackle rural youth issues. The agreement, signed at the All-Russian Forum of Young AIC Workers, aims to improve career guidance, education, and employment prospects for agricultural university graduates.

The forum, held in Bryansk from October 12 to 14, saw over 300 participants from 25 regions. Bryansk region Governor Alexander Bogomaz emphasized the importance of such platforms for youth interaction with authorities. The agreement enables collaboration between students, SVO veterans, AIC representatives, enterprise leaders, and authorities to find solutions to rural youth challenges. Leading regional AIC enterprises, including AO 'Bryanskselmash', LLC 'Druzhba', and LLC 'Agroindustrial Holding 'Dobronravov AGRO', have signed the agreement.

The cooperation between Bryansk State Agrarian University, 'Young Guard of United Russia' (YGUR), and the Russian Union of Youth (RYU) is expected to improve career prospects for rural youth. The agreement, signed at the forum, reflects the commitment of regional AIC enterprises and authorities to support young talent in the agro-industrial sector.
