Burgermeister's New App Lets You Skip Lines at All 27 Locations

Burgermeister has launched a new app to streamline orders and cut waiting times. The tool lets customers pay in advance and skip queues at its 27 locations across Germany. A soft launch began on March 25, with the full release arriving two days later. The chain, founded in 2006, has grown steadily, now running 16 branches in Berlin alone. Its first outlet opened in a historic public toilet beneath the U-Bahn at Schlesisches Tor. Since 2024, expansion has sped up, with new sites planned for Wuppertal, Essen, Erfurt, Dresden, Düsseldorf, and Munich.

The app's standout feature allows users to avoid peak-hour crowds. During testing, this proved especially popular. Beyond skip-the-line ordering, it includes loyalty rewards, early access to new menu items, and exclusive deals. Compatible with both iOS and Android, the platform aims to make visits quicker and more convenient.

The app officially launched on March 27, alongside fresh promotions. It marks Burgermeister's latest step in modernising service as the brand continues expanding. Customers can now order, pay, and collect meals without waiting in-store.
