Business Punk's Andreas Struck Takes Full Control, Eyes Expansion
In a strategic move, Christiane Goetz-Weimer, publisher of Business Punk, has decided to integrate Managing Director Andreas Struck into the magazine's operations. Struck will oversee all business areas within the newly formed Business Punk GmbH, a decision made as early as spring.
On October 1st, Andreas Struck exercised his purchase option, taking over the remaining shares from Weimer Media Group. This move solidifies his position within the company. Notably, the name of the CEO who succeeded Struck at Business Punk GmbH in late October 2021 remains unknown.
Business Punk will play a significant role in upcoming events hosted by Weimer Media Group. It will be an important partner at the Frankfurt Finance and Future Summit on October 22/23 and the Ludwig Erhard Summit. Struck's vision is to further strengthen Business Punk as a platform, delivering more innovative ideas and fresh perspectives on relevant topics.
Andreas Struck's increased involvement and eventual takeover of Business Punk signals a new era for the magazine. Despite the change in leadership, Business Punk will continue to be part of Weimer Media Group's network, with planned content and marketing cooperations in both digital and print formats, as well as live business events.
