Residents aired their concerns during a public discussion held on November 21, expressing fears about potential flooding risks posed by the revitalization plans. Despite these concerns, the design documentation is progressing, with its accuracy currently being verified as part of the municipal contract. Construction is expected to commence in 2026, contingent upon the approval of the design and the securing of necessary financing.
